These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Shantanu Sen Gupta's portfolio ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of this website. 2. Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

This website relies on the following third-party platforms to deliver its services. By using this site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and policies:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Provides hosting, compute, object storage (S3), and content delivery (CloudFront). Subject toAWS Service Terms.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: Used for backend compute and managed cloud services. Subject toOracle Cloud Terms of Service.
• MongoDB: NoSQL database used for storing application and content data. Subject toMongoDB Terms of Service.
• PostgreSQL: Open-source relational database used for structured data storage, including admin operations.

We are not liable for outages, data loss, or policy changes originating from these third-party providers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The text, code, visualisations, and other original content on this site are the work of Shantanu Sen Gupta unless otherwise noted. The interactive simulations and canvas work are shared in the spirit of openness — if you want to reuse something, credit the source. Third-party fonts are served under their respective licences (Google Fonts OFL / Apache 2). Nothing in these Terms limits permissions granted by applicable open licences.

4. User Representations

By using this site, you represent that: (1) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (2) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (3) you will not access the site through automated or non-human means such as bots or scrapers; (4) you will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Systematically scrape or harvest data from this site without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or associated databases.
• Circumvent or interfere with security features, authentication systems, or cloud infrastructure.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, AWS or Oracle Cloud infrastructure issues, database operations, or other technical factors. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
